CityGuideSite.com ("CGS"), owned and operated by Slick Website Development, Inc. ("SWD"), collectively referred to as ("SWD-CGS"), has established the following Guidelines to help maximize the quality of and set forth the type of information, products or services that may be placed on Your City Guide Site Business Directory ("Business Directory"). All CGS Managers must comply with these Guidelines, in addition to the City Guide Site Consolidated Terms of Service.

SWD-CGS, in its sole discretion, may remove any product or service or information displayed on Your Business Directory that does not comply with these Guidelines or any other applicable agreement or terms. SWD-CGS reserves the right to change these Guidelines at any time without notice.

Please help us maintain the quality of information placed on the CGS Business Directory network. If You see a product or service or information that violates our guidelines or terms, please complete the Contact Us form.

General Information

SWD-CGS provides the Business Directory as a platform for You to create a wide resource of business information for businesses within Your CGS License's target and to place this information on the World Wide Web. CGS Managers should be aware that:

• They are responsible for the appropriateness of information placed on their Business Directory.
• They are responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise from the information, goods or services displayed on their Business Directory.
• They are responsible for researching and complying with any applicable laws, regulations or restrictions on information, or manner of sale or exchange that may pertain to transactions in which they participate on their Business Directory.
• They are responsible for all applicable taxes and for all costs incurred by participating in the Business Directory.

General Rules

1. Fraud. You may not use or manipulate this Service for any fraudulent activity or purpose, including collecting payment from customers on information, services or goods offered and not providing the information, services or goods purchased.
    
2. Interference. You may not spam our system and/or impose an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our system. You may not put any material on Your Business Directory that contains any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
    
3. Passwords. You are solely responsible for actions taken under Your password and should not disclose it to anyone else. You cannot use Your password for any unauthorized purpose.

Manager Guidelines

Business Directory Managers must:

1. Comply with applicable laws. You may not offer for sale or sell a service, good or information to any customer in a jurisdiction where it violates applicable laws or regulations.
    
2. Provide accurate information. You must accurately describe Your Business Directory which is Licensed and ONLY the city or area You have Licensed to target while dealing with Customers, Support and/or other Managers through Your Business Directory. You may not include any language in Your sites description or content, including Your name or city, which may confuse Visitors to Your site, Support or other managers or cause Your Business Directory to be included in search results that don't accurately describe Your Business Directory which is Licensed.
    
3. Provide accurate contact information. You must provide an accurate email address on the contact us form section of Your Business Directory.
    
4. Maintain a Privacy Policy. Every Business Directory Manager must post, maintain, and adhere to a privacy policy. The privacy policy must inform visitors and customers what personal information is collected and how it is used. For more information about adding a privacy policy to Your Business Directory please see Your Managers Control Panel.
    
5. Engage in ethical marketing practices: Business Directory Managers must not engage in practices that are in any way connected with the transmission of "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," unsolicited advertising, or other unsolicited mass distribution of email. Please see the Spam Policy detailed below for more information.
    
6. Avoid adding any information in Your Business Directory that is "adult oriented" in nature or marketed in an objectionable manner, as determined in SWD-CGS's sole discretion.

Information that is Prohibited by SWD-CGS

It is the responsibility of the Manager to ensure that the information in Your Business Directory is appropriate for displaying under all applicable laws and regulations. In addition, every Business Directory must be consistent with SWD-CGS's policies, as determined in SWD-CGS's sole discretion. SWD-CGS, expressly reserves the right to, but has no duty to, reject or remove any information from Your Business Directory in SWD-CGS's sole discretion.

Spam Policy

SWD-CGS explicitly forbids spamming. Prohibited spam or otherwise impermissible marketing activities in Your Business Directory may include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Sending mass email to recipients who haven't requested email from You, and/or sending email with a fake return address
    
2. Promoting Your Business Directory with inappropriate links, titles, descriptions, or use of any content for which You do not have the appropriate rights.
    
3. Promoting Your Business Directory by posting multiple submissions in public forums that are identical.

If You're not sure if something constitutes spam, please exercise caution. SWD-CGS may take action, at our discretion, if we believe Your Business Directory has engaged in impermissible marketing activities, spamming, or other violations of these Guidelines or any other applicable agreement or terms

Other Important Rules

1. Other Rules Regarding Your Business Directory. Additional rules for Your Business Directory may be posted at various places within Your Business Directory or the Managers Control Panel, including, but not limited to, the News Section or the Managers Forum. SWD-CGS, in its sole discretion, may change these rules without notice.
