Marketplace Guidelines
CityGuideSite.com ("CGS"), owned and operated by Slick Website
Development, Inc. ("SWD"), collectively referred to as ("SWD-CGS") has established the following Guidelines to help
maximize the quality of and set forth the type of information, products and
services that may be placed or sold on Your City Guide Site Marketplace
("Marketplace").
All CGS Managers turning ON the option to open their Marketplace must comply with these Guidelines, in
addition to the City Guide Site Consolidated Terms of Service.
SWD-CGS, in its sole discretion, may remove any product or
service or information about a Marketplace listing from the City Guide Site network that
does not comply with these Guidelines or any other applicable
agreement or terms and may terminate Your Manager's account (including
Your City Guide Site License) and/or hide the City Guide Site
Marketplace from viewing for numerous violations in which You do not
respond by taking care of the appropriate action on Your own to
procure any violation. SWD-CGS reserves the right to
change these Guidelines at any time without notice.
Please help us maintain the quality of information, products and
services sold on the City Guide Site Marketplace network.
If You see a product or service or information that violates our
guidelines or terms, please complete the Contact Us form.
